I am looking at a few projects by XYZ Builders and ABC Developers. Anyone has experience with these builders in Sector 166?
XYZ builders have a good reputation. ABC Developers, I'm not so sure. Do your research.

Connectivity is pretty good now, with the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway right there. But peak hours mein traffic jam ho jata hai.
I've heard about some waterlogging near the underpass during heavy rains, but it's usually cleared up quickly. Nothing major.
Future development plans include a new metro line extension which will significantly improve connectivity. That's a big plus!
Sector 166 is definitely developing fast. Good potential for appreciation, I think.

Around 9-11 am and then again 5-8 pm. Standard office hours traffic.
