Sector 166 traffic concerns and future outlook

Honestly, I didn't realize how much daily commute affects everything. I'm eyeing a 2BHK in Sector 166, Noida Extension. The industrial cluster nearby has me worried about peak-hour traffic on the expressway. Is it a nightmare or manageable? Any upcoming infra changes here? My parents say location is key, and I'm just not sure.

Yaar, Sector 166 ka traffic toh sach mein headache hai. Especially woh industrial belt ki wajah se. Main bhi wahi dekh raha tha but isliye drop kar diya.
