posted on 23 MarSector 168 Noida: 3BHK worth the price jump?
So, I'm currently in a 2BHK near Pari Chowk, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa in Sector 168. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. What's the real scene there? Is the price jump worth it, especially considering the commute? Traffic ka kya scene hai? Also, what about the waterlogging during monsoon? Anyone living there, please share your experience. Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!

Honestly, if EMI is a big concern, maybe reconsider? Upgrading is tempting, but don't stretch yourself too thin.
Sector 168 is still developing. You'll get more for your money now, but you'll have to deal with construction and dust for a few years.
So, after all this advice, what are you leaning towards now, OP? Sector 168 or still thinking?
Overall, Sector 168 has potential, but do your research and be prepared for some challenges. Don't rush into it!
Possession status kya hai projects ka? That's the biggest question. Builders are notorious for delays in Noida.
Exactly! Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is my life now.
I think Sector 168 has potential for appreciation in the long run, especially with the Jewar airport coming up. But short-term, it might be a bit challenging.
One thing I noticed - some societies in 168 have better connectivity to the expressway than others. That can save you a lot of time.
I bought a 3BHK in Sector 150 (nearby) 2 years ago. Thought it was a great investment. Now, with the new metro line coming up, prices have increased significantly. Maybe check Sector 150 too?
Sector 150 is definitely more developed than 168. But it's also more expensive.
Which project in 150, U11? I'm also considering that area.
Traffic is bad, but the air quality is better than Pari Chowk, I think. That's something to consider if you have kids.
RERA registration number check karo for the project you're interested in. See if there are any pending complaints.
Don't just look at the price per sqft. Factor in the amenities, parking, and maintenance charges. They add up!
Villa in 168? Woh toh bahut expensive hoga! Even 3BHK prices have shot up recently. I was looking at a resale there last month, and the prices were crazy.
Pari Chowk se commute will be a pain, especially if you work in Gurgaon or Delhi. Consider that travel time and fuel costs.
Bhai, before you upgrade, check your loan eligibility. Banks are being stricter now with rising interest rates.
Mere friend ne waha ek builder project mein book kiya tha 3 saal pehle. Abhi tak possession nahi mila. Be careful!
Sector 168? Bhai, that's a big jump from Pari Chowk! Are you sure about the budget? EMI will definitely increase. Traffic toh peak hours mein killer hai, especially around Atta Market.
Worth it depends on your priorities, yaar. More space is great, but Sector 168 still feels a bit underdeveloped compared to, say, Sector 75. What project are you looking at?
Waterlogging is a serious concern in that area, especially near the FNG Expressway. I've seen videos of cars almost submerged during the monsoon. Definitely check that out before committing.
I live in Sector 168! Haan, traffic is bad, especially if you're going towards Delhi. But the apartments are newer and bigger. Waterlogging is there in some pockets, but not everywhere. Which society are you considering?
Which society are you in, U4? And how's the maintenance?
True, society matters a LOT. Some have much better drainage systems than others.
