Sector 168 Noida: Upgrading - Is it worth it?

Hey guys, I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, Noida, but thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa in Sector 168. I've seen some nice properties there, but the price jump is significant! Is it really worth it, yaar? Already have a home loan, so EMI will increase a lot. What's the real deal with living there day-to-day? I've heard mixed reviews about the water supply. Has anyone experienced issues? Also, what about resale value in, say, 5 years? Will I actually see good appreciation, or is it overrated? Mujhe advice chahiye!
