Sector 168 residents: How's the water situation, honestly?

Okay I'll be honest – I'm fed up of renting and seriously considering buying in Sector 168, Noida. But the water situation is scaring me. I heard municipal water supply is unreliable. How often do you guys face water cuts? Is it completely dependent on borewell or tankers? Matlab, how much extra kharcha are we talking about per month for water? Also, what about power cuts? I work from home, so constant electricity is a must. DG backup kitna reliable hai? Honestly not sure if I should take the plunge. Anyone else facing these issues? Should I reconsider Sector 168?
