Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 168. I'm currently in a 2BHK and seriously thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, or maybe a villa. The prices for 3BHKs feel quite high, often touching ₹1.5 Cr for decent projects. Is that justified, or is there actual negotiation room with builders like Godrej or ATS? Also, what's the real investment potential for Sector 168 in the next 3-5 years? With Jewar and FNG, I'm hoping for strong appreciation, but is it overhyped? Not sure if the price jump is worth it for an upgrade.

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. Sector 168 mein prices sach mein high lag rahe hain, especially for a 3BHK. My broker bol raha hai ki FNG aur Jewar ki wajah se hai, but for a first-time buyer like me, it's a huge commitment.
Same pinch! Main bhi Sector 168 hi dekh raha hoon. Location toh achhi hai, but it feels like prices are already at their peak. Negotiation ka scope kit
