Sector 16A Film City: Buy here or rent nearby?

Sector 16A mein office hai, so proximity matters. Buying near Film City expensive hai. Renting in a nearby sector like 15 looks cheaper initially. Long term mein, is the investment in 16A worth it considering the high property prices? Or should I save on EMI and rent nearby? What do you think?
