Sector 16B Noida Extension - good for families?

Need a bigger place, and Sector 16B is on my radar. Wife's priority is schools, so how easy is kids' school admission nearby? Safety is also key, especially at night. We need at least a 3BHK. What's the real story on water supply there? Heard some buildings rely heavily on tankers. Also, what builders are actually delivering good quality projects? Any insights appreciated.
