I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK/villa in Sector 18. Already have a home loan. But wahaan maintenance charges aur parking ka kya scene hai? Is the price jump worth these daily hassles? Feedback needed!

Dekho, premium toh hai, no doubt. But Sector 18 ka appreciation bhi dekho na. Last 5 saal mein prices double ho gaye hain for many properties. Agar long-term investment view hai toh it might still make sense. RWA issues har jagah hain, even in Alpha I Greater Noida. Kya aapne specific projects dekhe hain jaha RWA ki complaints zyada hain?
U3, double prices? Wow! Koi specific RERA registered project ka naam bata sakte ho jahan itna growth hua hai?
Totally agree with the OP. Mera friend recently shifted to Sector 18, 3BHK. Usne bataya ki maintenance charges are through the roof, like ₹8-10k easily for a decent society, aur parking ka toh alag se jugad karna padta hai. Upar se services ke naam pe bas security guard aur lift chal jaati hai. Honestly, the price jump for a 3BHK there feels like you're paying for the 'address' more than anything else. Value for money toh door ki baat hai.
Sector 18 mein 3BHK/villa ka plan accha hai, but parking aur maintenance charges ka sunke darr lag raha hai. Kya sach mein itna premium sirf location ka hai? RWA services ka koi benefit nahi? Kitne tak jaate hain monthly charges?
