Sector 18 mein rent or buy - what makes sense?

Just moved into Sector 18 last month and I'm already wondering if buying here was the right call. The property prices seem pretty high. Is it just the location premium? Has anyone recently rented in the area? What kind of rent are we talking about for a 2BHK? Honestly not sure if the EMI is worth it compared to rent, especially considering the maintenance charges. Also, what's the deal with parking? I've heard it's a huge pain. I'm facing this every day. Is it always this bad, or does it get better? Kya kisi ko pata hai about upcoming developments that might affect property values? It's a good area, but I'm having buyer's remorse. Should I have rented first?
