Sector 18: My unexpected traffic & parking reality

Honestly, I didn't realize how much the ground reality differs from what you hear online. Just moved into Sector 18 a couple of months ago, and while the location is great, the traffic during peak hours is... something else. Google Maps often lies, seriously. Even with the Aqua Line metro nearby, the last-mile connectivity and getting out of the sector itself can be a crawl. It's not always smooth. And parking? Forget about it. If you have guests or more than one car, it's a daily battle for a spot. Are others living here experiencing the same? Or am I missing some secret routes? Any tips for managing the daily commute or finding decent parking spots? Wondering if there are any upcoming plans for better traffic management or multi-level parking here.
