Sector 18 Noida: Living there - worth it?

Thinking of moving to Sector 18, Noida. What's the real deal with living there? Connectivity wise, metro toh hai, but what about parking? And safety, especially at night? Kya scene hai? Is it worth the high property prices? Mujhe advice chahiye, please! Has anyone lived there recently?
