Sector 19 — Am I missing something HUGE?

Sector 19 mein sab bolte hain prime location hai. But honestly, prices are INSANE. Are they really justified? My parents keep saying it's 'safe' but is it really? Especially at night? I'm a single woman, so security is top priority. And the old construction…will it appreciate? Or will I be stuck with a white elephant? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Change my mind.
