Sector 19 Noida: Living there? Safe hai kya?

Hi everyone, I'm thinking of buying a place in Sector 19, Noida. What's your take on the safety and security there? Has anyone experienced any issues? Also, how's the connectivity to the nearest metro station? I heard it's a posh area, but are the property prices too high? Kya rate chal raha hai abhi? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
