Sector 19 Noida - overrated or genuinely good?

Sector 19 mein independent houses are expensive, but are they worth it? I'm seeing high resale prices. Plus, how's the water situation *really*? Municipal water kitna aata hai? And that noise... peaceful bolte hai, but is it? Change my mind. Tell me your personal experience.
