Sector 19: Things nobody told me about the water situation

Just moved into Sector 19 last month. Honestly, nobody mentioned the water situation! Municipal water supply is super erratic. We're getting water tankers almost twice a week. RWA says it's a common problem. Plus, the maintenance charges are pretty high, considering. Anyone else facing this? Thinking of installing a borewell. Is it worth the cost, ya phir should I just stick with tankers? Am I the only one who feels this way?
