Sector 19's overrated villas? Someone explain the hype.

Currently in a 2BHK near Sector 18, thinking of upgrading. Everyone glorifies Sector 19 villas, but honestly, is the price jump worth it? I mean, plot size sahi hai, but the construction quality I've seen is super inconsistent. And those maintenance charges! Itna toh nahi hona chahiye. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a killer. Is it really that peaceful, or just old money vibes? Change my mind. Tell me why it's worth it.
