Sector 1B prices: The monsoon factor nobody talks about?
Been tracking Gurgaon property for almost a year now, trying to find a good investment for my family back home. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits aren't easy, reliance is on agents and online info. Initially, I was looking at Golf Course Extension, but prices there are just crazy now. My agent suggested Sector 1B, bol raha hai kaafi potential hai. Prices seem to be around ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK, which honestly feels a bit steep for the current stage of development. Is this justified, yaar? I'm worried about waterlogging during monsoon, suna hai Gurgaon mein kaafi issues hote hain. Does Sector 1B face severe waterlogging problems? How bad does it get, and does it affect property values or daily life there? Also, for future resale, will these concerns be a big hurdle? Need some ground reality checks.
