Sector 2, Gurgaon mein prices are just wild, honestly. I'm a first-time buyer, looking for a 3BHK, budget around 2 Cr. Dekh raha hoon kuch options from builders like DLF and Emaar. But jo quoted prices hain, 1.8-2.5 Cr for a 3BHK, are they really justified? My parents keep saying it's way too much for the area. Also, daily commute ka kya scene hai? Cyber City jaane mein kitna time lagta hai peak hours mein? Suna hai traffic bahut hota hai. Anyone living in Sector 2, what's the real ground reality for daily life and traffic? Is it worth investing here now, ya thoda wait karna chahiye?

Honestly, Sector 2 has its perks. It's well-connected and established. While 2 Cr might seem high, consider the future appreciation. Places closer to Cyber City or the metro line always command a premium. Plus, DLF and Emaar are big names, sometimes you pay for the brand value too, right?
U3, you're looking at today's price. What about 5 years down the line? This area has potential, especially with the upcoming commercial developments around. My uncle bought in Sector 5 a few years back for much less and it has doubled now.
Brand value theek hai, but 1.8 Cr for a 1500 sqft flat? That's almost 12k/sqft! Bahut zyada hai yaar.
Totally agree with OP! 2 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 2 feels like a stretch. I was looking there too and the prices just don't seem to match the infrastructure. My budget is similar, and I'm seeing better value in other sectors nearby, even closer to the expressway.
