Sector 2 mein RWA aur maintenance ka kya haal hai?
Log kehte hain ki Noida ke established sectors mein maintenance charges thode high hote hain, but Sector 2 mein kya real scene hai? My kids have moved out, so I'm looking for a compact builder floor, low maintenance is my top priority. I'm selling my big house and don't want any hidden costs after moving. My tip for new buyers is always check the RWA's financial health. Maine suna hai ki yahan kuch societies mein annual maintenance contract ke alawa bhi alag se charges lagte hain for DG backup ya lift repair. Kya Sector 2 mein RWA genuinely effective hai? Like, common area upkeep, security, water supply management... yeh sab smooth chalta hai ya har mahine koi naya charge aa jaata hai? Kisi ka actual experience ho toh please share.
