Sector 2 Noida infrastructure feels outdated

Sector 2, Noida — been looking at independent houses here. I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. My budget's around ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK plot or builder floor, but I'm worried about the ground reality. Heard some chatter about water supply issues, like dependency on borewells? Is municipal water reliable here or is it tanker time every other day? And power cuts too, especially during summer. What's the DG backup situation like in older societies? Also, how are maintenance charges for these builder floors? Not sure if it's worth it if all these hidden costs add up. What's the actual vibe living here day-to-day? Any hidden costs residents discovered? Should I look elsewhere?
