Is Sector 2 in Greater Noida really facing water supply issues? My landlord just upped my rent again, so I'm finally looking to buy a 2BHK there. I've heard mixed things about municipal water reliability and power cuts. What's the ground reality for daily life, especially with DG backup? Honestly, not sure if I'm trading one headache for another.
