Sector 20 Noida mein property lene ki soch raha hu. What do you think, is it a safe area? I heard connectivity achi hai, metro station nazdeek hai kya? Also, investment potential kaisi hai yahan ki? Rental yield bhi theek hai kya? Has anyone experienced any issues with waterlogging during rains? Mujhe advice chahiye. Kya rates abhi high hain ya wait karna chahiye? Any suggestions?
