Hey guys, I'm thinking of buying a property in Sector 20, Noida. Kya aap logon ko pata hai, how's the safety and security situation there? I've heard mixed reviews. Also, what's the overall vibe of the neighborhood? Is it peaceful, or is there too much noise and traffic? I'm looking for a calm place to live. Mujhe advice chahiye about the connectivity too. How easy is it to get to Delhi from there? Metro station nearby hai kya? And what about schools and hospitals? Are there good options available? Has anyone experienced any issues with waterlogging during the monsoon? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!
