Sector 21: Is an established area the right move for daily living?

Older sectors like Noida Sector 21 have a charm new developments just can't replicate. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know? I'm looking at a 3BHK here, around ₹1.8 Cr, and honestly, the vibe seems good. But what's daily life actually like? Is the traffic during peak hours as bad as it looks, or is it manageable once you're inside? I'm thinking about commute to Delhi. Also, I really value green spaces; are the parks and walking areas well-maintained, or is it just concrete? Not sure if it's too old now, or if that makes it more peaceful. Any long-term residents can shed some light? Your honest opinions would really help.
