Visited a friend in Sector 22 near the Yamuna Expressway. Honestly, the commute's still a pain, even with the metro. Takes forever to reach office in Gurgaon. Property prices seem high for the location, right? Also, the water supply situation seems sketchy. He mentioned tanker dependency. Anyone else living there facing the same issues? Is it worth investing here for the long term, considering these problems?
