Sector 22A Greater Noida ka daily life is a proper reality check, yaar. Just moved in last month, possession March mein hua tha. Builder ne kaafi promises kiye the, especially water supply ke liye. Socha tha municipal water aayega, but abhi tak toh borewell hi chal raha hai. Pani ki quality bhi itni achi nahi lag rahi. Har din lagta hai kitna tanker pe depend karna padega. Samajh nahi aata. Plus, society ki maintenance charges bhi kaafi high lag rahe hain, considering these basic issues. Things nobody told me before buying, honestly. Has anyone else faced this water problem in Sector 22A? Kya solution hai iska long-term? Am I the only one finding these small surprises in daily living?

Sach mein, this is so frustrating. Kya builder association se baat nahi kar sakte? Ya phir RERA mein complain file karni padegi? Aise toh humara investment waste ho jayega.
Group effort hi kaam karega. Individual complaints ko builder ignore kar dete hain.
Exactly! Humne bhi Sector 150 mein similar issues face kiye the. Builder ka RERA registration number check kiya tha, usme clear mention tha municipal water supply ka. Jab nahi mila toh hum sab residents ne milkar builder ko notice bheja. Phir ek RWA banaya aur regularly follow-up kiya. Kafi time laga, but ab municipal water aane laga hai, though supply timings are still an issue sometimes.
Haan, builder association se baat karna first step hai. RERA mein complain file karne se pehle, ek legal notice bhi bhej sakte ho as a group. Akele complain karne mein time lagta hai and it's less effective.
Yaar, yeh toh sab jagah ka haal hai Greater Noida mein. Maine bhi Alpha II mein ek flat dekha tha, wahan bhi water quality ka issue tha. Builders bas project launch kar dete hain, amenities ka baad mein dekhte hain.
Bhai, same to same haal hai! Main bhi Sector 22A mein hi rehta hoon, aur paani ka issue toh serious hai. Builder sirf promises hi karte hain.
