Kya lagta hai, is the current appreciation justified ya overhyped hai? I'm seeing 2BHKs around ₹70-80L. Real connectivity ka kya scene hai? Metro extension se daily commute kitna easy hoga for office-goers? Last-mile connectivity ka kya plan hai wahan se? Long-term investment potential for 3-5 years kaisa dikh raha hai, considering Jewar Airport ka impact? Rental demand kaisa hai, especially with Knowledge Park nearby? Thoda real user experience chahiye, off the record, builders kya chhupa rahe hain.
