Since January I've been checking 3BHKs in Sector 23, Gurugram. My current 2BHK in Sector 48 feels small now. Builders yahan pe jo prices quote kar rahe hain, lagta hai bas hawa mein hain, especially for older projects. Ek project dekha, unhone amenities ka promise kiya tha, but now maintenance charges are astronomical, aur RWA ka bhi kuch clear nahi hai. Is the price jump for Sector 23 really justified, considering these hidden costs? Plus, if I buy now, will resale be easy in 3-5 years? Feeling frustrated with the market.

Totally feel you! Main bhi Sector 23 mein 3BHK dekh raha hoon, aur prices sunke dimaag ghoom jaata hai. Builders bas fancy brochures dikha ke high-end amenities ka promise karte hain, but ground reality kuch aur hoti hai. Ek project mein toh maintenance charges itne high hain ki EMI ke barabar ho jayenge. Aur resale ka socho toh darr lagta hai ki phase na jaao. Isse better toh Badshahpur side mein naye projects mil rahe hain, thoda duur hai but value for money lag raha hai, despite the commute.
