Sector 24 ka rent is crazy high, is it justified?

Currently in a 2BHK near the metro. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa, but Sector 24 rent is INSANE. Is it really worth the price jump? Food scene toh sahi hai, but is the daily commute actually smooth or another traffic nightmare? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be hefty. Any thoughts?
