Sector 24 mein property rates kaise hain? I'm thinking of investing. Kya rates badhenge? Metro connectivity toh achi hai, but schools kaise hain nearby? Has anyone experienced waterlogging issues during rains? Investment ke liye accha hai ya nahi? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?
