Sector 24 Noida - RWA fees are highway robbery!

Honestly not sure what to do. I invested in a flat in Sector 24, Noida, thinking it was a good area. I'm based in Dubai so can't easily check on it myself. The RWA fees are insane though! Like 10k a month for basic maintenance? Is this normal? They keep saying it's for security and upkeep, but I don't see where the money is going. Anyone else facing this in Sector 24? Should I just sell and cut my losses? Need advice, it's eating into my ROI.
