Sector 24 Noida: Safe and Good ROI?

Hey guys, Sector 24 Noida mein property dekh raha hu. What's your take on the safety there? Is it really as safe as they say? Also, what about investment potential? Kya ROI achha milega? I'm confused about the property prices, thoda zyada lag raha hai. Has anyone experienced waterlogging issues there? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?
