Sector 24 or Greater Noida West? Can't decide!

Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent *again*. Finally taking the plunge, but Noida is confusing. I'm looking at 2BHK options. Sector 24 seems central, but it's pricey. Greater Noida West is cheaper, but is it worth the commute? Not sure if the lower EMI offsets the travel costs. Has anyone actually lived in both areas and can compare? Also, what's the deal with Amaatra Group? Their projects look good online, but I'm hearing mixed reviews about possession delays. Should I stick to ready-to-move to avoid the RERA horror stories, even if it means a bigger down payment? Or is under-construction worth the risk for potentially higher appreciation? Any thoughts or experiences would be great. Honestly not sure what to do. Thanks!
