Sector 24 premium justified? Seriously questioning the price.

Been thinking of upgrading from my current 2BHK. Sector 24 seems nice, but is the price jump worth it, honestly? Already have a home loan, so EMI will increase a lot. Heard the metro connectivity is good, but peak hours mein kitna bheed hota hai? Anyone use the metro regularly? Also, safety at night – specially for family, sahi hai kya? My wife's a bit worried. Considering the resale value in future too... if I need to sell, will I actually get a good price or will I lose money? So confused! Any residents of sector 24, please give your honest opinion.
