I'll be frank: the metro connectivity narrative for Sector 24C seems significantly overstated. While future plans exist, the current daily commute experience, particularly last-mile, remains challenging. Are property valuations truly reflecting tangible improvements, or is it speculative pricing? From my experience, the ground reality often differs from projections. Change my mind.
