Two years ago, I'd have laughed at these rental prices. Ab Sector 24C mein 2BHK ka rent ₹30-35k touch kar raha hai. But EMI calculations for a similar place? Still feel like a losing game. Appreciation isn't matching the loan burden. Kya lagta hai, is it finally tilting towards buying in Mohali or Zirakpur, ya rent is still the smarter play for long-term ROI?

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Sector 24C mein ₹30k rent sunke toh aankhein hi khuli reh jaati hain. Aur EMI ka socho toh lagta hai bas kiraya hi de rahe hain, ownership ka benefit dikh hi nahi raha. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.
