My lease ends in a few months, and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Finally taking the plunge to buy in Chandigarh, looking hard at Sector 24C. Budget's around ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK. What's the real deal with parking there? Is it a daily battle for spots or generally manageable? Also, how are the power cuts? Do most places have reliable DG backup, or will I be sweating it out frequently? And lastly, what's the community feel like? Do neighbours interact, or is everyone isolated? Just want to know what daily life is actually like before committing. Thanks for any insights!
