Honestly, I'm a bit overwhelmed with property options in Chandigarh. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 49, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Sector 24C. Already have a home loan, so har ek paisa counts. Wahan RWA ki effectiveness kaisi hai? Maintenance charges kitne hain aur unke against services theek milti hain kya? Also, community feel aur green spaces kaise hain? Family ke saath shift karna hai, so neighbourhood vibe matters.
