Sector 24C: What's the real community vibe?

Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm a broker myself, but buying my own 2BHK in Sector 24C is different, you know? I'm eyeing something for around ₹95L. What's the community feel actually like there? Do neighbors interact, or is everyone isolated? Also, how are the green spaces and parks? I love my evening walks and need to know if it's truly walker-friendly. Trying to cut through the marketing spiel. Any honest resident opinions would really help.
