I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 24C, around ₹95L, but honestly not sure about the day-to-day. My parents keep saying good RWA is key for peaceful living. Are the maintenance charges actually worth it there? Also, how are the parks and green spaces for walking? I don't want to feel isolated, you know? Do neighbours interact much, or is everyone just doing their own thing? Any current residents can shed some light on the community feel?
