Sector 24C's monsoon drainage needs serious answers

Okay I'll be honest — selling our big house after kids moved out is harder than I thought. Don't need such a huge place anymore, looking for a compact flat in Sector 24C. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr for a good 3BHK. Proximity to a hospital is key, and an elevator is a must, of course. I'm really concerned about monsoon season there. Kya kisi ko experience hai Sector 24C mein waterlogging ka? Roads pe paani kitna ikattha hota hai, aur drainage system kaisa hai? As an older person, I don't want to struggle with flooded streets ya fir ghar mein paani ghus jaye. Is it a real issue or just minor inconvenience? Need honest feedback, please.
