Sector 25: DLF maintenance charges ka kya scene hai?

Sector 25 — my experience with hidden charges here is making me rethink everything. I work in real estate, so I thought I knew all the tricks, but DLF project ka maintenance is insane. Brochure mein they showed one figure, but post-possession, so many 'clubhouse upgrades' and 'sinking fund' charges popped up. Matlab, it's easily 30% more. RWA bhi kuch nahi kar raha. Is this common in Sector 25? How do you guys manage these unexpected costs? Or did I just get unlucky?
