Sector 25: Flat kharida but now feeling buyer's remorse?

Just moved into Sector 25. Water supply ka issue toh hai, bhai. They told me municipal water is regular, but it's mostly tanker. And power cuts! How often do you all face them? Should I have considered Sector 75 instead? Already feeling regret. Paid high PLC charges bhi.
