Sector 25 Gurgaon: Prices vs. daily reality?

Honestly not sure if I'm making the right move looking at Sector 25, Gurgaon. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Golf Course Extension, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, but the property prices yaar, they're quite steep. Is the premium justified for the daily living experience? I already have a home loan and don't want to overcommit. I hear resident life is good, but what about the actual traffic situation? Morning rush mein Cyber City tak kitna time lagta hai, like real ground reality? Not sure if the peace justifies the commute hassle. Any current residents can share their honest opinion on the overall vibe and whether the price jump is worth it?
