Sector 25, Noida: Schools overshadowing everything else?

Sector 25 mein, schools are good, but is it worth the premium? My wife's priority is my kids' school admission. Has anyone faced issues with waterlogging during the monsoon there? Need at least a 3BHK, safe for the children. What about resale value? Is it easy to sell later?
