Dekho, market correction aana possible hai, but Gurugram mein major crash difficult hai. Demand-supply gap bahut hai. Sector 25 high-end ho gaya hai. Better to look at emerging areas like maybe near Baliawas, wahan abhi bhi entry points mil sakte hain. Always diversify, don't put all eggs in one basket. Aur builder ka background check sabse important hai.

Future appreciation ka guarantee koi nahi de sakta, but Gurugram mein rental yield toh accha rehta hai, agar aap investment perspective se dekh rahe ho toh.

Uff, RERA toh bas naam ka hai! Main Airport Road ke paas ek project mein phasa hoon, 2020 ki possession date thi, ab tak foundation bhi complete nahi hui hai. Builder har baar naya bahana banata hai. Legal process itna slow hai ki poori savings block ho gayi hain. So, Sector 25 mein bhi jo prices dikh rahe hain, unmein hidden risks bahut hain. Due diligence theek se karna, sirf ROI dekh ke mat jaana.
