Sector 25 rent hike is wild now

My rent in Sector 25 just jumped 35%. Honestly, is this 30-40% hike the new normal in Gurgaon? Not sure if it'll stabilise. Are young professionals seeing similar spikes everywhere? What's your experience?

Yaar, I thought it was just me! My landlord in Sector 28 also increased by 30%. Lagta hai poore Gurgaon mein yehi haal hai.
