I work in real estate, but buying my own place in Sector 25 is making me second-guess everything. DLF The Aralias ya Magnolias ka prices toh astronomical ho gaya hai. Like, 3BHK for ₹4 Cr+? Is that justified for an older project, considering the maintenance? Builders toh bolte hain high appreciation, but actual exit strategy kaisi hai? I'm worried about liquidity. Will I find buyers easily in 3-5 years, ya sirf marketing hype hai for these premium older units? Has anyone here actually sold a flat in Sector 25 recently? What kind of premium or discount did you get? Any insider info on the current demand would be super helpful.

Exactly! Humne bhi last month dekha tha, 3BHK for 4.5 Cr bol rahe the! Crazy. Aur jo maintenance charges bataye, woh toh alag se heart attack de rahe
Yaar, totally relate! Main bhi Sector 25 mein dekh raha tha but Aralias/Magnolias ke prices sunke toh mera budget hi hil gaya. Woh bhi itne purane projects hain, maintenance ka kya scene hai pata nahi. Lagta hai sirf naam ka paisa le rahe hain.
