Sector 25A better for office than living honestly.

Sector 25A mein flat lena sahi hai kya? Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. I'm looking for a smaller flat near a good hospital. Heard about decent resale value but maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? Is it worth it for senior citizens?
